1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing evebcn.com or booking an experience with EV Experiences ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

EV Experiences offers private, chauffeured electric-vehicle wine and Cava experiences departing from Barcelona. All experiences are private and reserved for 2–4 guests. Specific vineyards and itinerary details are confirmed after booking based on availability.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by EV Experiences. A booking is only finalized once you receive written confirmation from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted per experience and include all elements described in the corresponding tour page unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are communicated at the time of confirmation. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where indicated.

5. Cancellation Policy

As a general policy, bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience receive a full refund. However, each experience may have its own specific cancellation terms, which take precedence over this general policy. Please refer to the cancellation terms provided with your chosen experience for the applicable conditions. EV Experiences also reserves the right to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By booking, you agree that:

• All guests are of legal drinking age (18+) in Spain
• You will inform us of any allergies, dietary needs, or medical conditions
• You will conduct yourself respectfully toward our team and partner venues
• You consume alcohol responsibly

7. Liability

EV Experiences acts as a curator and operator of private experiences. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the actions of third-party venues, weather, or guest negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on evebcn.com — including text, photography, video, and branding — is the property of EV Experiences or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and applies from the date of publication.
