Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for an 80% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the departure date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. In the event of adverse weather conditions preventing departure, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
